A Lakewood, NJ commercial real estate company is hiring a construction project admin. Job includes assisting the construction manager, preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with insurance, coordinating with the contractor and subs, processing invoices, and acting as the middleman for the construction project. Candidate must have have an understanding of AIA, bidding and contract negotiation. Candidate must be able to mutitask in a hire pressure environment, be detail oriented and have strong organizational and time management skills. Looking for someone who has previously worked for a real estate developer and has experience in commercial construction or commercial development projects. Looking for someone with at least 1 year of office experience. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
