STATE DIRECTOR
Succeed ABA is seeking a results-driven, highly organized individual to manage and grow our out-of-state operations from our headquarters in Lakewood, NJ. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to execute with precision, take full ownership of operations, and deliver measurable outcomes — with full training and mentorship provided. You’ll work closely with leadership to launch and oversee services in a new region. In the beginning, you’ll handle all aspects yourself — including intakes, staffing, marketing, and scheduling. As the operation scales, you’ll build systems, develop a team, and delegate responsibilities.
