Solo Energy is a fast-growing clean energy company providing energy efficiency and electrification solutions for property and business owners.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO and team. This role goes beyond calendar management; you will help keep the company aligned, ensure projects move forward, and streamline executive operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll manage executive priorities, support cross-functional projects, and gain exposure to the inner workings of a rapidly scaling clean energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, and travel logistics
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners
- Prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing documents
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables across departments
- Support cross-functional projects and ensure accountability
- Assist with reporting and meeting preparation
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
- 2 plus years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.)
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot, etc.)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Passion for clean energy and sustainability preferred
