We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Digital Marketing Agency

About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead client onboarding, streamline workflows, and ensure digital marketing campaigns launch on time and on point.

This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and experience managing campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.

What You’ll Do

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

• Guide clients through smooth onboarding, setup, and communications.

Project & Sprint Management

• Plan and prioritize workloads for marketing, design, and strategy teams.
• Assign and track tasks in Asana to hit every deadline.
• Build processes & SOPs to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and scope for success.

Campaign Coordination & Delivery

• Collaborate with teams to launch and optimize digital ad campaigns.
• Ensure creative assets (design, copy, landing pages) are delivered on brand and on time.
• Work with external vendors to manage production timelines.
• Maintain top-quality standards and exceed client expectations.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 3–5 years of project management experience (agency background a plus).
• Hands-on with Asana & Slack.
• Strong knowledge of digital ad platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google).
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Preferred

• Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum).
• Understanding of creative production (design, copywriting, video editing).
