Director of Billing – Hybrid
Salary: 85k-120k
A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead its billing operations. This leadership role includes oversight of billing functions, process development, and team management within a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the billing department
- Hiring, training, and supporting billing staff
- Creating and refining internal processes and workflows
- Managing authorizations and related administrative functions
- Collaborating across departments to ensure efficiency and compliance
This is a hybrid position with 2–3 in-person days per week in the NYC area.
