Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support our expanding e-commerce and wholesale operations. This role combines Amazon Vendor Central management with administrative support to ensure smooth operations and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track Amazon Vendor orders
- Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer billing (A/R & A/P)
- Administrative assistance: scheduling, documentation, and internal reporting
- Maintain accurate product listings and ensure compliance with marketplace standards
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles (A/R and A/P)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace
