We're Hiring: Intake Manager (Healthcare | ABA Therapy) 

We're seeking a compassionate, organized, and driven Intake Manager to lead our Intake team and ensure a seamless enrollment experience for families seeking ABA therapy.

Full-Time | Starting at $70K (DOE)

36 hrs/week | Mon–Thurs 9–5, Fri 9–1

Office-based role

What You’ll Do:

•  Lead and support Intake Coordinators
•  Improve workflows and family satisfaction
•  Track team performance and intake metrics
•  Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth client onboarding

• Strong communicator and team leader
• Detail-oriented with a heart for helping families
• Healthcare, intake, or call center experience a plus
