LBAPS is seeking an experienced Director of Credentialing to oversee and manage all aspects of provider credentialing and compliance. This leadership role is essential to ensuring that all clinicians and providers meet payer, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full credentialing and re-credentialing process for all providers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with payer and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, billing, and clinical departments to streamline provider onboarding.
• Monitor expirations, renewals, and licensure updates.
• Develop, refine, and implement credentialing policies and workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of credentialing experience in healthcare or behavioral health (preferred).
• Strong understanding of payer and regulatory credentialing requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
