Office-Based | Full-Time | Mon–Thu 9–5, Fri 9–12/1

Starting Salary: $80,000–$95,000

Location: Boro Park

What You’ll Do

• Support, mentor, and guide our Case Management team
• Ensure high-quality service delivery
• Lead, train, and inspire staff
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to support program growth

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Social Science field preferred
• Empathetic, organized, and detail-oriented
• Highly motivated to create real impact
• Either experience in ABA OR management required.
