Position Overview

LBAPS is seeking a visionary and highly skilled Director of New Technology to lead our technology strategy, guide system innovation, and enhance operational, clinical, and administrative efficiency. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent project management abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead LBAPS’ technology strategy and long-term roadmap
• Identify, evaluate, and implement new software and systems to improve operations and service delivery
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance with data privacy regulations
• Lead and mentor the internal technology team
• Partner with clinical, administrative, and executive teams to assess and address technology needs
• Stay informed on emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains innovative and efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in a technology leadership role (healthcare or education setting preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software implementation, and security compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale technology initiatives
