Job Description

LTC Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead client implementation projects from start to finish. This role serves as the central point of coordination between clients, vendors, Account Managers, and internal teams, ensuring projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with client expectations. The Project Manager will oversee timelines, coordinate installations and service details, track project updates in the CRM, and proactively address issues as they arise.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once without losing attention to detail. Experience in telecom, IT, or service-based environments, as well as familiarity with CRM or project tracking tools, is highly valued. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes ownership of their work, and plays a key role in delivering a positive client experience.
