Corporate Compliance Director

Location: Monsey, NY

Salary: $150,000

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00/1:00 PM

Position Overview

A growing Home Care organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Compliance Director to join a collaborative, all-female office environment. This senior-level role is responsible for leading company-wide compliance initiatives, regulatory oversight, and provider relations, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and contractual requirements.

The Corporate Compliance Director serves as the organization’s primary compliance authority and works closely with regulatory agencies and payer partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented professional who enjoys taking ownership, navigating complex regulations, leading audits, and keeping an organization proactive and prepared in an evolving regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage provider relationships, including contracting and credentialing
• Oversee compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements
• Monitor reimbursement rates, resolve payment issues, and ensure system accuracy
• Lead internal and external audits and oversee corrective action follow-ups
• Review regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation across the organization
• Coordinate investigations, complaints, and required reporting
• Prepare compliance reports and participate in Board and Compliance Committee meetings

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, operations, or regulatory oversight (home care or healthcare preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret regulations, guidelines, and policies
• Experience managing audits, reviews, or investigations
• Ability to clearly communicate compliance requirements to staff and leadership
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
