Job Description
Construction Company seeking Project Estimator to manage the full estimating process from plan review through proposal approval.
Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specs, coordinating scope details with customers, performing detailed take-offs using PlanSwift, preparing Excel quantity breakdowns, creating and revising proposals, and maintaining organized project documentation in Dropbox.
The role also includes preparing Taper-Plus insulation layouts, handling NDL warranty pricing, updating the project pipeline when jobs are awarded, and providing weekly estimate status updates.
