Job Description
We are a software company seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of client implementation projects. This role focuses on keeping projects organized, on track, and completed as planned through strong internal coordination and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Create and maintain implementation documents
- Organize and track project tasks and deadlines
- Collect and organize client documentation and data
- Assign and oversee work for low-code builders and developers
- Follow up to ensure assigned work is completed
- Document changes and updates throughout the project
- Coordinate data migrations and imports
- Review system setups prior to launch
Preferred Experience
Experience setting up CRM systems and utilizing low-code tools.
Experience using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Monday, HubSpot, or similar)
