A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring a director of finance. Job includes overseeing the daily operations of the intake, enrollment, and case management teams. Candidate will need to ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and service quality and create and monitor KPIs and performance metrics. Candidate needs at least 5-7 years of operations management experience and experience overseeing multistate operations. Candidate will be responsible to oversee cross-departmental teams and manage complex financial operations, including compliance, AR, and AP. The position also involves close collaboration with the software development and marketing teams. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm (must work until 5 pm), and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
