A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring a VP of operations. Looking for someone who is currently working as a director of operations or a similar role. Candidate must be top-tier and be able to oversee the full scope of operations, including intake, enrollment, case management, financial workflows, and compliance. This is a senior leadership role working within the Pooled Income Trust field with end-to-end ownership of the trust lifecycle and significant operational and financial accountability. Looking for someone with experience managing complex operations, analytical and financial savvy, experience building and scaling processes and a proven leader who can manage and develop multi-functional teams as well as offshore teams. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm (must work until 5 pm), and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
