Job Description
A growing, mission-driven provider serving the I/DD community is seeking a results-driven, highly personable Business Development / Community Liaison to grow referrals across NJ DDD and PA ODP.
This is not a passive marketing role. Success comes from consistent outreach, relationship-building, and strong follow-through.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits) to Support Coordinators and referral sources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, families, and community partners
- Attend networking events and represent the organization in the field
- Educate families and professionals on available services and supports
- Develop and maintain a steady referral pipeline
- Track outreach and drive admissions growth
Who This Is For:
- Friendly, outgoing, and naturally relationship-driven
- Someone who is 'chatty' - can easily connect to our referral agencies & is comfortable with initial outreach and ongoing communication
- Comfortable with persistent daily outreach
- Strong communicator who follows up and closes loops
- Experience in healthcare business development, marketing, or operations
- Existing relationships in NJ DDD and/or PA ODP strongly preferred
- Spanish bilingual a plus

📍 Lakewood, NJ-based (hybrid flexibility for the right candidate; travel required as needed)
