
We are looking for a compassionate and organized Intake Coordinator to support families through the onboarding process for ABA Services. This role includes managing new client inquiries, verifying insurance, coordinating intake paperwork, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication, professionalism, and multitasking skills are essential. This is a full time in-office position. (M-Th 9-5, F 9-1) Great work environment in an all-female office! Competitive salary. Experience in healthcare administration and/or ABA Services preferred, but will train in a candidate with the right skills.
