Admin Assistant to the CEO — Right Hand Role (NYC)

CEO of three NYC businesses (childcare network + B2B childcare benefits) is looking for a right hand to run things across all of them. You'll own:

  • Maintenance and vendor coordination across all sites
  • Vetting new vendors
  • Paperwork and grant reimbursements
  • Posting jobs, screening resumes, building shortlists
  • Billing follow-up and open-item chasing
  • Holding marketing accountable on ads, promos, and brochures
  • Training secretaries and setting up reports for Directors
  • Whatever else I hand off


Must be: driven, punctual, organized, detail-oriented, great communicator. Takes ownership. Handles 5 things at once without dropping any.

Need: admin/EA/ops experience, Google Sheets fluency, driver's license and reliable transportation, willing to learn internal software fast.
