Join Ezras Nashim — a mission-driven volunteer EMS organization dedicated to providing high-quality, community-centered emergency medical services.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Operations Associate to help keep our life-saving operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Managing volunteer schedules and ensuring full shift coverage

✅ Coordinating recruitment and onboarding for EMTs, dispatchers, and drivers

✅ Supporting ambulance and equipment readiness

✅ Overseeing home visit scheduling and patient follow-up surveys

✅ Coordinating EMT courses, trainings, and special community events

✅ Assisting with operational logistics, CMEs, and volunteer engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong organizational and communication skills

✔ Experience in operations, scheduling, volunteer coordination, or healthcare preferred

✔ EMS or nonprofit experience is a plus

✔ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

✔ EMT certification or interest in becoming certified preferred

💲 Pay: $25–$35/hour based on experience
