Dini Wigs is seeking a highly organized, warm, and detail-oriented Front Desk & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
- Handle client billing, invoicing, and payment processing
- Maintain accurate client records and internal databases
- Coordinate communication between clients, stylists, and management
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly
- Assist with inventory tracking and administrative tasks
- Support daily salon operations to ensure a smooth client experience
- Help implement and improve organizational systems and workflows
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable handling billing and administrative responsibilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with scheduling systems, spreadsheets, or office software preferred
- Previous salon, boutique, luxury retail, or administrative experience is a plus
