Job Description

As a key leader, the Director ensures all product movements are timely and cost-effective while maintaining a consistent, world-class customer experience. This high-impact role oversees end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, warehousing, and service performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the long-term vision for the logistics department.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation and warehousing.
• Performance Management: Manage service performance and operational KPIs to ensure world-class delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of proven leadership in a logistics environment.
• Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of inbound/outbound freight and shipping/warehouse operations.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong data and systems skills, specifically with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
