Ecommerce Creative Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage creative projects from start to finish, communicate directly with clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and communication skills, an understanding of ecommerce creatives, and the ability to provide clear creative direction and feedback. Experience in the ecommerce creative industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Communicate with clients through email and virtual meetings.
• Coordinate with designers to keep projects on schedule.
• Review creative work and provide direction and feedback.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive.
• Takes ownership and follows projects through to completion.
• Experience in ecommerce, graphic design, or a creative industry is preferred.

This is a full-time, in-office position. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
