A Lakewood, NJ real estate company is hiring a Director of Finance. Candidate must deal with banks and create financials to give to banks to get funding. Job includes managing the finances of the company, including acquisitions, bank reconciliations, proposals, dealing with cash flow, and speaking with banks and partners. Looking for someone who is skilled in business finance, is polished and professional and has good relationship building skills. Candidate will be a right hand to a business owner of multiple businesses. Candidate will evaluate the finances, build out new deals, and track expenses and incomes. Candidate must know Excel. Candidate must have worked as a controller, CFO or similar for a real estate and/or healthcare company. No CPA is required. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm (must work until 5 pm), and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
