A large Lakewood healthcare company is hiring a director of recruiting. Candidate must be based in Lakewood. Looking for someone with at least 3 years of prior solid recruiting experience as well as some management experience. Candidate needs to have experience sourcing many different types of roles. Looking for someone proficient with Indeed and LinkedIn. Half the day the candidate will be responsible for recruiting and half the day the candidate will be responsible to manage and oversee a team of 4 recruiters. Candidate will need to build and implement recruiting systems and processes. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
