State Director – Brooklyn

ABA Company is seeking a motivated State Director to oversee daily operations for one of our states from our Brooklyn office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to get things done!

What You'll Do

•            Oversee daily operations, staffing, and ongoing services.

•            Collaborate with recruiting, intake, and clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

•            Resolve operational challenges and coordinate communication across departments.

•            Track staffing, service hours, and outstanding needs.

•            Support referral relationships and identify growth opportunities.

•            Keep leadership informed of progress and priorities.

What We're Looking For

•            Strong organizational and communication skills

•            Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

•            Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and take initiative

•            Comfortable using software to manage and track operations

•            Experience in operations, healthcare administration, staffing, or team management preferred
