An established eyewear manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and office operations, including shipping finished products, inventory control, order processing, and administrative organization.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing shipping, receiving, and organizing inventory
  • Managing inventory counts
  • Maintaining a clean workspace
  • Ensuring operational accuracy
  • Processing orders
  • Generating invoices
  • Handling data entry and basic bookkeeping
  • Supporting daily administrative operations

Requirements
  • Prior operations or warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, email, and shipping software
  • Strong organization, reliability, and accountability
