An established eyewear manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and office operations, including shipping finished products, inventory control, order processing, and administrative organization.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing shipping, receiving, and organizing inventory
- Managing inventory counts
- Maintaining a clean workspace
- Ensuring operational accuracy
- Processing orders
- Generating invoices
- Handling data entry and basic bookkeeping
- Supporting daily administrative operations
Requirements- Prior operations or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Excel, email, and shipping software
- Strong organization, reliability, and accountability
