The Director of Compliance oversees the organization's compliance program, ensuring adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess organizational impact.
- Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
- Investigate compliance concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Provide compliance training and guidance to staff.
- Serve as a liaison with regulators, auditors, and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/ BCBA Certification or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of compliance, risk, audit, or regulatory experience.
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
