About the Role
We are an established eyewear manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and office operations. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational flow — from shipping finished products and inventory control to order processing and administrative organization.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, able to maintain structure and consistency in daily operations while working closely with the owner.

This is a high-responsibility position for someone who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of execution.

Responsibilities

  • Warehouse
  • Oversee shipping of products
  • Receive and organize incoming inventory
  • Manage inventory and conduct regular counts
  • Maintain a clean and efficient workspace
  • Ensure accuracy and organization across all operational processes
  • Office
  • Process orders and generate invoices
  • Handle data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Support smooth daily administrative operations

Requirements
  • Prior operations or warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, email, shipping software)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and accountable
