About the Role
As Office Manager, you’ll own the rhythm of the office — ensuring operations are consistent, the environment is well cared for, and employees have what they need to do their best work. You’ll create moments that make the office feel thoughtful, welcoming, and personal — bringing our value of Lift Each Other Up to life in how the space feels and functions.
You take pride in the details, knowing they shape the team's daily experience, and you anticipate needs before they’re asked.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations & Supplies
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and inventory across all spaces
- Ensure office is organized, fully stocked, and operational at all times ( 2 kitchens)
- Keep the office stocked with thoughtful, rotating snacks and drinks — creating small, consistent moments of delight
- Ensure the office is fully functional, welcoming, and ready for daily use
- Coordinate deliveries, mail, and day-to-day office logistics
Facilities & Vendor Management + Guest Management
- Manage relationships with facility providers and external vendors ( partner office visits,
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and office needs
- Support space organization and operational improvements
- Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and deliveries
- Ensure a professional and positive front-office experience
- Coordinate meeting room setup and guest logistics
Team Events & Engagement
- Plan and execute team events, celebrations, and engagement initiatives (monthly and seasonal)
- Ownership of communicating upcoming events clearly and consistently across Slack and internal channels
- Bring the team into planning — gathering input and ideas to make events feel personal and relevant
Employee Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employee workplace needs and requests
- Support onboarding logistics and new hire office setup
- Assist with general workplace coordination and day-to-day employee support
- Provide light administrative support across HR-related processes
- Own day 1 experience for our new hires
Technical Qualifications & Soft Skills:
- Bring 2–4 years of experience in office management, facilities coordination, or event planning
- Are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Communicate clearly and consistently across teams
- Have a natural instinct for creating a welcoming, thoughtful environment
- Take ownership of your space and follow through consistently
