If you are the most tech-savvy person in the room, this role was written for you.
We’re a fast-growing, multi-state ABA company looking for an operations-focused Operations/Office Assistant to support our Operations Director and VP. This is a hands-on, in-office role where you’re deeply involved in building, supporting, and running the operational side of the company. We won’t survive without having you around — seriously.
You need to be extremely tech-savvy.
Not “good with computers.”
The person everyone goes to when something isn’t working.
You’ll support the care coordination team, intake team, and recruiting team — and you’ll also be the go-to person for general operational and office needs. If something touches operations, systems, or workflow, it’s likely coming your way.
What you’ll be doing:
• Working on a mix of short-term and long-term projects to help build, structure, and set up operations
• Helping develop systems and processes — some of which you’ll eventually pass on, and some that will remain ongoing under your ownership
• Supporting office staff and field employees when they need help using the systems they rely on to do their jobs
• Assisting Behavior Technicians with Central Reach, including session notes and how documentation converts into timesheets
• Troubleshooting system issues, figuring out who to contact, following up, and driving issues to resolution
• Handling general, ongoing office and operations needs as they come up — this role is embedded in day-to-day operations
• Working directly with the Operations Director and VP as part of the team that helps get new structures and processes set up
You’ll work inside tools like HubSpot, Central Reach, Canva, PowerPoint, Guidde, email automation platforms, and internal trackers. You don’t need to know every tool on day one — but you do need to learn fast. If something is unfamiliar, you figure it out.
This role is for someone who:
• Is extremely tech-savvy — the most tech-savvy person in the office
• Likes being hands-on and involved in everything
• Takes ownership and finishes what they start
• Can manage multiple projects without losing details
• Wants to grow with a multi-state startup
ABA or healthcare experience is a big plus.
Central Reach experience not a must, but it gets you to the head of the line!
If you want a role where you’re trusted, relied on, and actively helping build how a growing company operates, with real room to grow as the company grows — this is it.
