Night Manager – Grocery Store

📍 Crown Heights (In-Person)
💰 $20–$23/hour + Bonus Opportunities

Schedule:

• Sunday–Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Thursday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Saturday Night: Shift required as well

⚠️ Longer hours may be required during busy holiday seasons.

A busy grocery store in Crown Heights is seeking a dependable and proactive Night Manager to oversee evening operations and ensure the store runs efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who can lead staff, maintain accountability on the floor, and ensure customers have a smooth shopping experience during busy evening hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee evening store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day flow
• Manage staff and ensure assigned responsibilities are completed properly
• Ensure shelves remain stocked and inventory is maintained by floor staff
• Make sure customer orders are prepared and sent out accurately and on time
• Ensure checkout lines move efficiently and customer wait times stay reasonable
• Address operational issues and resolve problems as they arise
• Maintain overall store organization, cleanliness, and readiness for closing

Requirements

• Strong leadership and sense of responsibility
• Ability to manage staff and keep operations running smoothly
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Previous grocery, retail, or management experience preferred but not required
