
Job Opening: Finance Operations Manager
A leading tech founder focused Geneva based Family Office investing in public and private markets is
seeking an ambitious candidate to fill the position of finance operations manager based in Tel-Aviv.
As a key member of the finance team the candidate is expected to be an analytical thinker with in-
depth knowledge and strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting and
consolidation.
The candidate will be responsible for the Group’s accounting and financial processes and reporting,
including preparation of financial statements and reports, operating budgets and forecasts, payroll
and bookkeeping, tax structuring and tax reporting.
With respect to the investment portfolio managed by the Group, the candidate will support the
investment team with responsibility for portfolio reporting & consolidation, liquidity & cash
management.
The candidate must be able to work independently with strong time and task management skills.
Candidate must likewise be self-motivated and aspire to the highest standards of professionalism and
personal integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Group Financial, Accounting & Operations
• Production of Group financial statements and tax reporting, including directing, managing,
and coordinating all third-party accounting operational functions
• Prepare the Group operating annual budgets, forecasts and reports
• Responsibility for payroll processes, invoicing,service providers payments and bookkeeping
• Assess on an ongoing basis the accounting operation, offering recommendations for
improvement and implementing new processes and tools
Investment Portfolio Management
Cash Management and Portfolio Analysis
• Track portfolio investment allocation, capital commitments, investment returns, and
conducting performance analyses
• Track, projection and oversight of distributions, returns and projected cashflowsfrom
investments and other significant cashflows
• Engaging regularly with banks and monitoringwire transfers
• Internal integration and oversight of the financial consolidation and reporting systems on a
client basis
Tax Reporting, Planning and Structuring
• Engage in Israeli and International tax reporting
• Managing the processes with third party accountants on items such as annual tax
filings, capital declarations, tax optimization etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
• BA degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Bookkeeping.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in an Accounting or Finance department role at a
private equity, investment fund or a “Big 4” accounting firm
• Project management mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills and sense of ownership and accountability
• A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Team player with strong attention to detail,sound judgement and integrity are a must
• Background in private equity, venture capital, or asset management is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
