About the Role

Oversee daily operations and funding management for Title programs—ensuring smooth execution, compliance, and strong cross-team collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Title program operations & DOE compliance
• Oversee provider onboarding, support & coordination
• Track funding, utilization & reporting
• Lead needs assessments → translate into services
• Partner with Finance, HR, Tech & Education teams

• Team management experience
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally
• Experience with compliance-driven programs

• 90K–120K salary
