Williamsburg | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Anchor Health is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our C-Suite Executives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with professionalism, and can seamlessly manage competing priorities on behalf of senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage executive inboxes, triaging correspondence and ensuring timely responses
- Own calendar management, scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts
- Coordinate meetings including logistics, agendas, and materials
- Take clear notes during meetings and track all action items and follow-ups
- Support ongoing projects by managing timelines and keeping deliverables on track
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working across multiple systems
- Organized with excellent follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Ability to manage volume and meet deadlines
