Salary: 70000–120000

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM–12:00 PM (winter) or 7:30 AM–1:00 PM (summer)

Job Description: The role involves driving execution of system upgrades, integrations, and production-impacting technology initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Managing shop-related system projects
• Translating production needs into technical requirements
• Coordinating upgrades
• Tracking timelines
• Verifying bug fixes in production environments
• Documenting project scope and status
• Ensuring system adoption on the shop floor

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Project coordination or operations management background
• Strong execution and follow-through
• Ability to communicate between technical teams and shop operators
