Location: Crown Heights (in-person)

Schedule: 9–5, Full-time

We're looking for a Training and Development Specialist to lead onboarding and ongoing training for our team of service coordinators. This role is all about setting people up for success - making sure every new hire understands the workflows, tools, and standards needed to do their job well from day one.

What you'll be doing:

• Train a group of service coordinators, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
• Provide detailed guidance on workflows and documentation
• Train staff on effective strategies for handling escalated clients
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all tasks and responsibilities
