Marketing Manager

Full-Time | LBAPS

LBAPS is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly skilled Marketing Manager to support our mission of delivering ABA services and family support to 25,000 families across all 50 states. If you excel in digital marketing, funnel building, design, and content creation — this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all out-of-state LBAPS marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
  • Build, update, and optimize WordPress websites, landing pages, and blog content.
  • Improve SEO performance and manage key analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, blogs, and training materials.
  • Create digital and print assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign).
  • Manage integrations and automations across platforms (CRM tools, APIs, form builders, Google tools, etc.).
  • Maintain and grow our Google Business Profile and monitor review performance.
  • Write professional-quality blogs, newsletters, campaigns, and social media content with advanced English mastery.
  • Develop and execute SEO-driven content strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely project delivery.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate new tools into the marketing workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in WordPress (plugins, optimization, speed improvements, SEO enhancements).
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Ability to edit videos, design graphics, and create high-quality digital content.
  • Highly tech-savvy with experience in system integrations and quickly adopting new technologies.
  • Excellent English writing skills with strong vocabulary, grammar, and content development ability.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and analytics-driven strategy.
  • Experience managing Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multilingual (Spanish, Hebrew, and/or Yiddish).
  • Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with ABA therapy, behavioral science, psychology, or educational services (a plus, not required).
