Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 (commensurate with experience)
Amazing Listers is a fast-growing Amazon marketing agency helping brands scale through high-converting listings, strategy, and creative. We’ve been in the industry for nearly a decade, and our culture is built around treating our team like family while operating with high standards and real accountability.
We’re looking for a strong, proactive Director of Operations to step into a key leadership role and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
This is not an admin role — this is a leadership seat at the table.
What You’ll Own
- Lead and manage company-wide operations
- Oversee HR, team structure, and internal processes
- Supervise Project Management and ensure smooth client delivery
- Oversee sales pipeline and help generate new leads
- Work closely with marketing to drive growth initiatives
- Lead hiring and talent acquisition across departments
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships
- Plan and oversee company events
- Build and improve systems to increase efficiency and scalability
