Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 (commensurate with experience)

Amazing Listers is a fast-growing Amazon marketing agency helping brands scale through high-converting listings, strategy, and creative. We’ve been in the industry for nearly a decade, and our culture is built around treating our team like family while operating with high standards and real accountability.

We’re looking for a strong, proactive Director of Operations to step into a key leadership role and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.

This is not an admin role — this is a leadership seat at the table.

What You’ll Own

1. Lead and manage company-wide operations
2. Oversee HR, team structure, and internal processes
3. Supervise Project Management and ensure smooth client delivery
4. Oversee sales pipeline and help generate new leads
5. Work closely with marketing to drive growth initiatives
6. Lead hiring and talent acquisition across departments
7. Develop and manage strategic partnerships
8. Plan and oversee company events
9. Build and improve systems to increase efficiency and scalability
