Operating Partner Wanted for Potential High Growth E Commerce Brand

I'm seeking an experienced operating partner to help build and lead a scalable e commerce and retail brand. This is not an investment opportunity. I am not looking for capital. I'm looking for the right person to help run and grow the business.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing or growing an e commerce business
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, social media marketing, digital advertising, and online sales
• Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Ability to think strategically, generate new ideas, and build long term growth
• Proven track record with previous companies or brands
• References and examples of past success are required
