Job Description
Position: Director of Operations (On-Site, Full-Time)
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day operations, lead and scale teams, implement systems and SOPs, and ensure on-time client delivery. Work closely with the founder.
Requirements:
Requires strong people management skills, process-driven execution, and familiarity with eCommerce. Minimum 4 years of operations or agency leadership experience.
