A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring an experienced and strategic director of marketing to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Job includes e-com website maintenance, lead generation, content marketing, digital marketing, collaborating with the sales team, and doing market research. Looking for someone with at least 2 years of prior B2B marketing experience. Candidates must have experience leading and managing a marketing team as well as proven experience with generating sales leads and an understanding of social media and content marketing. Candidates must have marketing agency experience or working in branding and strategy. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm.
