Mid-Level
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scale-able software solutions affecting the healthcare industry. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility, with a demonstrated ability to learn new things.
Where: 3/2 Hybrid - 3 days in office @ 4770 White Plains Road, Bronx NY, 10470. 2 days remote (Friday + one other day of your choosing per week)
Responsibilities
- Work with development teams and product managers to implement software solutions
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
- Write effective APIs
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Create security and data protection settings
- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
- Write technical documentation
Requirements and Skills
- Demonstrated track record as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar capacity (3-5 years)
- Proficiency in creating responsive applications
- Knowledge of popular web stacks (Python/Django experience a plus)
- Proficiency in databases (such as MySQL, Postgresql), web servers (like NGINX), and UI/UX design
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Analytical thinking
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Comfortable with Docker, Git, Bash, CI/CD, Testing
