We seek professionals who can rapidly master our products and processes, recruit talented individuals and train them to earn high levels of income by selling our products and advising their clients on their financial planning.

We offer full training and pay for your licenses and securities tests. Compensation for our managers typically starts at $120,000 but you can rapidly scale your compensation as you grow your team. Our top 50 managers earn over $600,000 dollars annually, with unlimited and uncapped earning potential.
