CedarRock Advisory Group is a customer service–focused accounting and advisory organization. We are hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our founder-led growth strategy. This role is responsible for building and managing a strong network of CPA referral partners. The SDR will work closely with the Founder and CRO to generate qualified meetings, drive partner engagement, and grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with CPA referral partners
- Book qualified meetings for the Founder with referral partners
- Maintain monthly outreach cadence with each referral partner (minimum once every 30 days)
- Track and manage engagement activity, follow-ups, and relationship status in HubSpot
- Identify and act on specific reasons to re-engage referral partners
- Identify new opportunities, communities, and events to grow the CPA referral network
- Attend 3 networking events per week to build and expand referral relationships
- Research and engage with relevant CPA and financial professional groups (local and online)
- Make 60 outbound calls and send 100 emails per day to prospects and current partners
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience required
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Organized, consistent, and self-directed in follow-up and outreach
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
- Experience with HubSpot and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Must be available to work from the Inwood, NY office two days per week
