Job Description

CedarRock Advisory Group is a customer service–focused accounting and advisory organization. We are hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our founder-led growth strategy. This role is responsible for building and managing a strong network of CPA referral partners. The SDR will work closely with the Founder and CRO to generate qualified meetings, drive partner engagement, and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with CPA referral partners
  • Book qualified meetings for the Founder with referral partners
  • Maintain monthly outreach cadence with each referral partner (minimum once every 30 days)
  • Track and manage engagement activity, follow-ups, and relationship status in HubSpot
  • Identify and act on specific reasons to re-engage referral partners
  • Identify new opportunities, communities, and events to grow the CPA referral network
  • Attend 3 networking events per week to build and expand referral relationships
  • Research and engage with relevant CPA and financial professional groups (local and online)
  • Make 60 outbound calls and send 100 emails per day to prospects and current partners

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience required
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Organized, consistent, and self-directed in follow-up and outreach
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
  • Experience with HubSpot and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
  • Must be available to work from the Inwood, NY office two days per week
