What You’ll Do:


  • Assist in processing payroll for employees and ensuring accuracy in hours and deductions
  • Answer employee questions related to payroll, benefits, PTO, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records in our HR/payroll systems
  • Support new hire onboarding by preparing paperwork and benefits information
  • Help coordinate benefit enrollment and respond to general HR inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and company policy


What We’re Looking For:


  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, payroll, or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A people-first attitude with patience and professionalism
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and learning new software
  • Familiarity with payroll systems is a plus
