Director of Operations
Location: [Far Rockaway/Hybrid]
Full-time | Reporting to CEO & COO
We’re a fast-growing tech advisory and white-glove service firm that brokers phone, internet, and TV solutions specifically for nursing homes and healthcare facilities. Our mission? To simplify telecom for the people who need it most. We're looking for a hands-on, systems-driven leader to oversee two crucial teams and ensure our client delivery is seamless from contract to install and beyond.
What You'll Do
As Director of Operations, you’ll lead two high-performing operational teams:
- Client Implementation Team
- Analyze existing services and vendor contracts
- Break down bills and build cost-savings proposals
- Coordinate service installs and manage client handoffs
- Ensure a smooth transition to the cancellation/post-install support team
- Vendor Coordination Team
- Manage relationships with our telecom, internet, and TV partners
- Coordinate installation timelines and hold vendors accountable
- Troubleshoot technical or scheduling issues that arise
You'll also act as an escalation point for clients—stepping into calls when needed, aligning internal priorities, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You'll be the glue between sales, service, vendors, and leadership, making sure projects move forward with clarity and speed.

Requirements
- 3+ years in an operational or service delivery leadership role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data/reporting platforms
- Bonus: Experience in telecom, healthcare tech, or B2B services
