Job Title: Director of Sales


Location: Hybrid role: 3 days/week in our Brooklyn office, with remote flexibility the rest of the week.

Compensation: $120–150K + performance bonuses

At Generosity Builders, we help nonprofits raise more through high-performing phone, email, and SMS campaigns. Now we’re looking for a Director of Sales to take ownership of our outbound fundraising team, shape winning scripts, coach reps to consistent performance, and lead donor conversations that actually change lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and optimize phone scripts, email copy, and SMS messages that convert.
  • Co-create campaign strategies in sync with our project manager and calendar
  • Deliver ongoing training via 1:1 coaching, QA reviews, and team huddles
  • Keep ≥ 70 daily rep hours through smart seat forecasting, conducting 10–12 interviews/month, and owning the whole onboarding process
  • Troubleshoot call-center issues, from tech glitches to donor refund errors
  • Track KPIs, report weekly to the CEO, and lead continuous performance improvement


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience, including coaching and sales process ownership
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
  • Highly organized and metrics-driven
  • Familiarity with culturally Frum environments 
  • Must be able to work in Brooklyn at least 3 days/week
