Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our clinical operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining organized client records and documentation.
- Assist with client intakes, including gathering information and coordinating initial assessments.
- Support clinical staff by preparing materials and documentation needed for therapy sessions.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, maintaining professional and positive communication with families.
- Oversee office operations such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring general office upkeep.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative role is a plus.
