Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: $40–$50/hour (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience in a school setting, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for helping students with language and behavior challenges succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct support and consultation to teachers and staff in implementing positive behavior strategies
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Train and support staff in behavior management techniques and implementation of BIPs
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on behavioral goals and strategies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including special educators, therapists, and parents
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- NYS licensure or eligibility for licensure in behavior analysis (preferred)
- Experience working in school or clinical settings with children with developmental or learning challenges
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
